<p>Proper, healthy nutrition does not mean a boring menu and refusal of delicious dishes. Just the opposite! It implies a balance that can be achieved if there are different products and as much as the body requires.</p>
<p>What should you eat more so that nutrition is more balanced:</p>

<li>whole grains (bread, cereals)</li>
<li>vegetables, including legumes</li>

<li>nuts and seeds</li>
</ul>

<p>What should you eat less:</p>

<li>sweet dairy products such as yogurt and cheese</li>
<li>pork and beef (especially products made from them with a high content of saturated fatty acids and salt)</li>

An unbalanced, uniform diet leads to a deficiency of nutrients, which in many ways affects the body and can lead to serious diseases.</p>
