<li>At least 600g of watermelon pulp during the day.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Breakfast: oatmeal with honey.</li>
<li>Lunch: 100g of cheese + tomato salad.</li>
<li>Dinner: boiled vegetables with a slice of rye bread + watermelon pulp.</li>
<li>Before going to bed: 1 peach.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>From Sunday to Thursday</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>At least 600g of watermelon pulp during the day.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Friday</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Breakfast: 1 grated carrot + 2 peaches.</li>
<li>Lunch: vegetable soup (fat-free) and a big apple.</li>
<li>Dinner: watermelon.</li>

<li>Drink a liter of kefir or natural yogurt during the day.</li>

<p>• you should not give persimmon to children up to 3 years of age, because the binding fibers can provoke a stomach freeze (due to the immaturity of the digestive system);</p>
<p>• people who are not prone to allergies to any component in this berry and who do not have any other contraindications should eat no more than 3-4 fruits per day.</p>
